***If you have to leave after your appointment to get cash, i will be an extra $10 inconvenience fee***
Deposit policy: the deposit is non refundable unless I have to cancel the appointment. The deposit does go towards your service. You can only reschedule or move your appointment using the same deposit ONCE. Cancelling 8 hours before your appointment, your deposit WILL NOT go towards a rescheduled appointment. There is a $10 late fee for every 10 minutes you are late. After 15 minutes your appointment may be canceled depending on scheduling. Same day cancellations forfeit their deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same day cancellations will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
*For clients booked for just Brazilian, since it is only a 15 minute appointment, there is only a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes you may be rescheduled depending on availability. A new deposit will be required.
After 1 no show you will be blocked from booking and a 100% charge of the appointment amount will be applied.
